The practice is a rural dispensing Practice, centered on the village of Dailly, with a branch surgery at Barr. The practice covers the villages and towns of Dailly, Barr, Old Dailly, Girvan, Kirkoswald, Maybole, Crosshill, Kirkmichael and Straiton.
