Prescriptions can be ordered:

• By Telephone
• In person, or by representative via the practice reception desk
• Online
• By post

Patients having long-term drug treatment can usually be given repeat prescriptions, without seeing the doctor, but your doctor will wish to review your medication from time to time and you will be then asked to make an appointment.  Prescription requests will be dealt with as timeously as possible, but

• For Non-Dispensing patients a minimum of 72 HOURS notice is required for repeat prescriptions to be sent to the chemist.
• 48 HOURS notice is required if prescription is to be collected at the Surgery.
• If prescriptions are required in an emergency, please contact the surgery before 11.00am and we will do our best to have your prescription ready within 24 hours of request.
